Not every project has earned its story yet. This one is still being built, and a portfolio that only shows finished things is a highlight reel, not a body of work.
The brief
The stack was chosen before the pitch deck was, which is unusual and deliberate: Next.js App Router, Prisma on the PrismaPg driver adapter, Postgres underneath. The bet is that a product whose data model is honest can change its mind about features later without a rewrite — and a product that starts from features usually cannot.
The build
Schema first. Relations, constraints and migrations settled before a single screen was designed, so that the interesting decisions later are product decisions rather than archaeology. The driver adapter is the current Prisma path rather than the legacy engine, which keeps the deployment surface small.
The status
In active development, business model not locked. It appears on this wall because the alternative — quietly hiding everything unfinished — would make the rest of the portfolio less believable, not more.
The scoreboard
- Prisma with the PrismaPg driver adapter on Postgres
- Schema-first: the data model precedes the feature list
- Listed honestly: in development, not shipped
