Case Study

RugnTravel

AI-routed travel platform that turns search into bookings.

A boutique travel house was crafting journeys people talked about for years — and selling them through DM threads and email chains. The product was unforgettable. The funnel was invisible.

01

The brief

Rug N' Travel builds slow, cultural journeys around music, craftsmanship and sacred heritage. Every itinerary is closer to a curated exhibition than a package tour. But every booking lived in someone's inbox: itineraries as PDF attachments, payments as bank transfers, availability as guesswork. Growth meant more chaos, not more revenue.

02

The build

We rebuilt the whole journey — literally. A Next.js platform where itineraries live as a browsable archive, seasons open and close like gallery shows, and Stripe checkout closes the deal while the atmosphere still has the visitor. Supabase carries inventory and bookings; every step from first scroll to paid seat is instrumented as one funnel with one KPI.

03

The payoff

The brand kept its soul — the site reads like a travel journal, not a booking engine — but underneath, it is a measured machine. The founders now see exactly where dreamers turn into travelers, and the checkout finally works as hard as the storytelling.

The scoreboard

  • Search → booking rebuilt as one instrumented funnel
  • Stripe checkout wired into a story-first brand experience
  • Season-based inventory the founders manage without a developer
