Şahinler Recruiting

Recruiting qualified Turkish professionals for Germany.

Next.jsTypeScriptTailwindVercel

Germany is short on skilled workers. Turkey has them. Between the two stands a wall of paperwork in two languages — and that wall is exactly where this business lives.

01

The brief

The team behind Şahinler Tercüme saw the same pattern in case after case: German employers desperate for qualified professionals, Turkish candidates ready to move, and both sides drowning in certified translations, recognition procedures and visa steps. The insight: don't just translate the documents — run the whole pipeline.

02

The build

We launched a German-language recruiting platform that speaks to employers like a Personalberatung, not a job board. Candidate placement up front; certified translation and visa consultancy wired in from the Istanbul office behind it. Two businesses, one funnel — each feeding the other clients.

03

The payoff

An employer lands on one page and leaves with the entire chain handled: candidate, papers, visa. What used to be three vendors and three invoices is one relationship — and the recruiting brand opened a second market for an established translation office without hiring a single new department.

The scoreboard

  • German-market brand launched on existing operational muscle
  • Recruiting + translation + visa: one funnel, three revenue streams
  • Employers get candidate-to-visa in a single relationship
